1. Service

ChartSkip is a paid desktop application that automates parts of the TradingView Replay date-selection workflow. Your subscription gives you access to the app while your billing remains active.

2. Billing

Billing and subscription management are handled by Gumroad. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms presented during checkout and in your Gumroad account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use ChartSkip only for lawful purposes and at your own discretion. You are responsible for ensuring your use of TradingView and any related services complies with their terms.

4. Availability

We aim to keep ChartSkip working reliably, but the app is provided on an as-is basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
