TERMS OF SERVICE

ChartSkip is a desktop software application that automates navigation of TradingView's Replay date picker. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TradingView Inc. in any way.

When you subscribe to ChartSkip, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the software on devices you own or control. Your licence is valid for as long as your subscription remains active.

• You may install ChartSkip on your own Mac and Windows devices
• You may not share, resell, sublicense or distribute your licence key
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software

ChartSkip is offered on a monthly (£4.99/month) or yearly (£49.99/year) subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Gumroad account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to ChartSkip until the end of your paid period
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded and the licence key activated. By completing your purchase and downloading ChartSkip, you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply as the digital content has been made available to you immediately upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents ChartSkip from working, please contact us at support@chartskip.com before requesting a refund and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered at our sole discretion.

You agree to use ChartSkip only for its intended purpose of navigating TradingView's Replay feature. You must not:

• Use ChartSkip for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent licence key verification
• Share your licence key with others
• Use ChartSkip in a way that violates TradingView's own Terms of Service

We aim to keep ChartSkip working with TradingView's interface and will push updates when TradingView makes changes that affect the software. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If TradingView makes changes to their interface, there may be a short period where ChartSkip does not function correctly while we release a fix.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue ChartSkip at any time. If we discontinue the product, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

ChartSkip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case. Your use of ChartSkip is at your own risk.

ChartSkip is a productivity tool only. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals or investment recommendations. Any trading decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartSkip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to lost profits or trading losses.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of ChartSkip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
