ChartSkip is operated as an independent software product based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy-related queries, please contact us at support@chartskip.com.

We collect minimal personal data. The only personal information we hold is:

• Email address — collected when you purchase a subscription via Gumroad. This is used to deliver your licence key, send product updates and respond to support requests.
• Licence key usage — we store whether your licence key has been activated to prevent unauthorised sharing. No usage or behavioural data is collected.

We do not collect any data from your TradingView account, your charts, your trading strategies, or your trading activity. The ChartSkip application interacts only with TradingView's user interface buttons and does not read or transmit any chart data.

We use your email address solely for the following purposes:

• Delivering your licence key and download links after purchase
• Sending essential product updates (e.g. new versions, important changes)
• Responding to support requests you initiate

We will not send you marketing emails without your explicit consent. We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate ChartSkip:

• Gumroad — our payment and licence delivery platform. When you purchase, Gumroad processes your payment and stores your billing information. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to data they collect. Visit gumroad.com/privacy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles card data securely. We never see or store your card details. Visit stripe.com/privacy.

Our website does not currently use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts. If this changes we will update this policy and add an appropriate cookie notice.

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, in case you wish to resubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@chartskip.com.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your personal data
• Right to object — you can object to how we process your data
• Right to data portability — you can request your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@chartskip.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Payments are handled entirely by Gumroad and Stripe — we never store card details. Licence key verification uses encrypted connections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
