1. What ChartSkip collects

ChartSkip is a desktop utility. We collect the minimum information needed to operate subscriptions and support the app: your purchase email, entitlement state, device registrations, and support emails you send us.

2. What ChartSkip does not collect

ChartSkip does not read or transmit your charts, watchlists, trades, broker data, strategies, or TradingView account contents. It interacts with visible TradingView UI controls to automate replay navigation only.

3. Payments and account services

Payments and subscription management are handled by Gumroad. Email verification codes are delivered through Resend. We use Cloudflare to host the entitlement service that checks whether an active subscription exists for the desktop app.

4. How information is used

We use your information to verify purchases, activate the app on your devices, enforce device limits, respond to support requests, and keep the service running reliably.
