How do I install ChartSkip?

After subscribing on Gumroad, download the desktop app for your platform, open it, and grant Accessibility permission when prompted.

Which platforms are supported?

ChartSkip is a desktop app for macOS and Windows. One subscription covers both.

Do I need a paid TradingView plan?

You need a TradingView plan with Replay access. Minute-level replay across multiple days usually requires one of TradingView’s paid plans.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from your Gumroad account. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@chartskip.app with the issue, your OS, the browser you are using with TradingView, and a screenshot if possible.
